I Can't Get Files To Go Into My MP3 Player, What's Wrong?

When I try to copy a file into my MP3 player (cheap one Element EMP31GB) I get the error message cannot find specified file make sure you specify the correct path and file name. Ive tried MP3's that I've downloaded as well as ones I've ripped. I tried calling Element electronics Tech support but their only solution was for me to use a different computer. Thanks for any help you can offer

If it is a new MP3, did you install its drivers on your system? Is your MP3 Player damaged? You can also format your MP3 for the computer to access its memory. The USB port that you are using could be damaged or doesn't supply enough power to the device so try another USB port on your system. Make sure that your system is virus free because some virus can prevent you from using USB devices.

It could be many things. If you are using an older computer, you may need to install the drivers. It could also be the connctions on your USB port. Another is that it could be your MP3 player. These are only a few of the problems that are possible.
