I think it's a beautiful country with all kinds of diverse beauty from the mountains to the oceans, to the farmlands, etc. As my son lives there, I've gone down three times and spent a month each time traveling and seeing the two islands. (North and South) And I still haven't seen it all. I've never know anyone that has gone there that didn't like it.
Also, people are very friendly, not so materialistic.

I love New Zealand it is a very pretty place to go. If you are thinking of visiting, you really should. It will take your breath away.
