If My Blood Type Is A- And My Husband's Blood Type Is O+ Can The Offspring Be A+,what Do You Think ?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

My ex was A+ and his father was type o universal. I believe his mother was a+.  Usually, for a baby to be a+ there must be a blood type that is as well. In this case, husband is o+ so this is a great possibility.  Since you are negative, you must get a hymogloblin shot to make sure there are no complications if the baby is +.  If the baby is positive, once umbillical cord is cut, your body will release antibodies which may harm second time you are pregnant.  See you OBGYN for more information
