I stare at people a lot. My husband tells me about it, if he does not tell me I don't know I am even doing anything.

Mostly people stare at people because either they are looking odd or they are looking good. But if you stare a person without realizing it then in that case it is mostly because that your mind is some where else. So try to focus when you start staring at some one automatically you will quit this habit.

You may have a epolepsy and staring while your mind is elsewhere is a symptom. Very treatable if this is the case. See your doctor.
