My puppy was acting good until this morning he does not want to eat and I've tried to feed him but he won't he did take a little bit of milk but that's it.

If your dog is not showing any other symptom like vomiting, diarrhea or loose stools then there is no need to get worried. Change its food. Try to give it food, which is light and easily digestible. Your puppy is too young to digest everything. So there can be chances of constipation, which cause loss of appetite. May be it does not like that food anymore. There can be a possibility of worms in your puppy's stomach or intestine. So if its habit of eating less continues then you should consult a vet. Otherwise it will lead to something really serious.
