What Does Your Mucous Plug Look Like?

It can come out stringy looking that's how mine looked it looked like snot at first. The rest of mine came out 2day in a big glob looking like a glob of gel. Mine was clear in color but some peoples come out with a blood colored tint meaning clear but mixed with red or brown streaks. Mine also had no smell 2 it. Hope this helps.

I am just about 37 weeks and being induced tomorrow because of mild preeclampsia. The doc checked me a few days ago and I was 2 cm, 60%. I think my mucus plug started to come out this morning. It was clear, gel-like (similar to the mucus you check for for ovulation but more in quantity) and had a few small brown/light red streaks in it.
