Restart your PC and then hit F8 then go to Safe mode and the log on to Administrator and then create the new account. Now form that account remove the Administrator password.

Hi there is one other way . Its easy but carefully do it . Go with formating way when its come to formating d partision there is one another options "Repair" go with option. It is not harmful for data .data will safe. Only ur os files will repair . & it will ask for new password also.

Also can try this way...

Log in to other account...
click  on Start - Run, then type CMD on run box...
when command prompt open type net user then press enter... It will show you all user account name...
then type net user "adminitrator account name" space "*"

example : Net user  Administrator *
                          or
                net user  HP_Administrator *

then press enter twice

Breaking is So Simple through "Genworm.exe" , well its a Virus but it Help to break an Administrator Pass-word By few steps ,

-->  at fist collect this Worm "genworm.exe"
-->  connect you pen-drive / external had disk to your pc .
--> On your pc , Press F8 .
--> go to security then type  "Clear all" 2 or three times .
--> then your pc turn-of automatically .
--> restart your pc .
--> now you found there is no pass on your Administrator Account .

To open your computer in safe mode and create a new user id. Thereafter restart your computer & open with new user id.

Download an image.exe file
put it in your flopy or pen drive
use it when you start your system

Logging from anyone user created in ur system
then go to run
type lusrmgr.msc
it ask new password
without asking old password

Use the ERD cd its a software to break the administrator password use it

If u forgotten ur administrator password then follow some simple steps to change ur password

just open c m d

and type net user administrator *   and press enter

u will be ask for new password

then type ur new password

remember one thing

when u will type ur new password u will not get any thing typed in ur command prompt

then retype ur password and enjoy

But instal new window so u change windows name.and instal window . And u can access the   whole data with out format .
