    You just have to practice a lot. Building lung power is really good for that. Try running. Also try doing laps with one breath per lap. There is also a trick with a Sparklets water bottle. Get one of the big bottles and fill it up. Then hold it over your head while treading water with your feet. Do this a few times a day and you'll gain a lot of endurance.
