He is going to need an enema, or you literally run the chance of him dying? If he hasn't been eating solids for a long time, this is probably the reason for the constipation, call a vet first, and go from there love. Hope this helps.

Have your puppy examined by a veterinarian. When puppies become ill they can fade very quickly. Puppies do not have a fully developed immune system and do not have a lot of reserve.
Is your puppy straining to defecate? Often in dogs when they are straining to defecate it is because of diarrhea not constipation. The intestines are inflamed and so they have the urge to defecate but do not have any stool.
Your veterinarian will do a thorough exam, fecal tests, and x-rays as appropriate.
Puppies are typically weaned between 6 and 8 weeks of age. This puppy should be old enough to be on canned or dry puppy food. Do not use cow or goat's milk--this leads to gastrointestinal problems and is not good for puppies. If needed there are puppy milk replacers sold at pet stores and veterinary clinics.

Stop the puppy food and let it be nursed by the mom.Give goat milk not cow one and show him to a vet as soon as possible.
