Yes, humans can get fox mange because fox mange is same mite which causes skin irritation in other animals like dogs and humans. Fox mange is also called sarcoptic mange or scabies. This type of mange is contagious and can be transmitted from infected animal to healthy one. Treatment of mange in all animals including humans is by use of insecticides. Among natural medicines, tea tree oil is also used.
