Can I Take A Pregnancy Test While Spotting Or Bleeding If I Think I'm Pregnant?

Answer Question

There are no restrictions to take pregnancy test any time. Usually, periods means no pregnancy. But there are few ladies which can bleed while pregnant which is an exceptional condition. Periods starts when our brain sense that pregnancy has not taken place. The endometrium start to shed in the form of bleeding in order to start preparation for pregnancy in the next cycle. If you think that you are a exceptional lady then have a pregnancy test.

Yes you can but if any blood gets on the test stick it can give you false positive results.....  I found that out the hard way, I really don't think you are pregnant though. Especially if you are having a regular period, if it is just spotting though that's a whole different story, then you could be but it is probably to soon to tell anyways, I would just wait a couple of weeks then take a test!  GOOD LUCK

I missed five pills in a row and have had spotting for two days. My test came back negative. Is it too early to test?

Yes as far as I'm aware but usually having a period means you are not pregnant. But if you are it will show up no matter what really so why not!!!

20% of women who are pregnant can still have spotting and bleeding for about the first 12 weeks of their pregnancy, and some can have spotting and bleeding the entire time. If you think you're pregnant, take a test, or simply see a doctor. If you are pregnant and still bleeding, they're going to want to make sure you're bleeding isn't a cause for concern. :)
