What Can I Do To Lower My Blood Pressure?

I need help immediately. I have a test coming up soon.

    Follow a healthy eating pattern.  Avoid salt and sodium in processed foods.  Soups have an enormous amount of sodium in them, and so does Chinese food.  Read the labels.

    Keep your weight down, but that would be more of a long term measure.  Exercise.regularly.  Limit alcohol intake, don't smoke, and keep stress under control.

    I don't know how immediate the results will be, but they're good habits to get into.

      Many things can lower blood pressure besides the hundreds of different medications advertised on tv these days.a tablespoon of olive oil per day,lots of water and juices,no salt,minimize stress,think of funny things.have a pet,hamster,cat,fish,picture them as beauty in their own unique create from god,think humor,do others right when they do u wrong,find an inner peace with all things.oat meal helps,canola oil helps,stay away from unnecessary stressful events,and fatty greasy fried foods.
