How Can I Remove A Trojan Vundo Virus Without Having To Reformat My Computer ?
I have Trojan Vundo virus on my pc and my virus protection will not let me quarentine it or delete it and I did delete the file it said it was in, but my virus protection is still saying it's on here. I have tried everything so I need someone that can help me because I do not want to have to reformat my harddrive and loose everything . Oh I have also ran spyware but its not picking it up please help thanks a bunch .

The best way to remove this virus is, install Norton antivirus latest version and keep the option of bootscan, I think that virus has got into the boot sector.

Try going to the site below...get a good rated virus protection like Panda, blackice, commando etc. Norton & Mcaffe are not even in the top ten. My friend had this same problem and I gave her my Panda 2008 with firewall after we got the Trojan removed...She had Norton....she has had no problems since.

Google search for VundoFix. That is the best way to ensure you get rid of it. SmitFraud is also another good one but won't necessarily get vundo
