Do not spend your money on artificial supplements and energizers. You may get help but there is nothing like getting your energy boost naturally. A brisk 10 minute walk is enough to increase your energy. Do not sit in front of your computer or the idiot box (read television) for hours! You are slowly extinguishing your energy levels. Exercise and enough sleep though sounding cliché, are the twin factors which are essential for getting more energy. You must get your daily quota of 7 hours of sleep at least.
