    I've Been Paying Child Support Based On Income (17% Of $60K) $850 / Month. Now Earning Under $15K P/y And Reduced My Payments To$350 / Mo. My X-wife Now Claims I Owe Her For Back Pay Of Over $90K. What Should I Do?

    Did you have your payments reduced by the courts, or did you take it upon yourself to reduce them? If the court reduced it, you don't owe her anything, but if you didn't....she has a GOOD case against you.

    Contact her case worker and explain the situation. Sometimes they listen, but keep in mind, they are not there to help you.
