It is totally not bad to be a virgin. Every girl has the right to hold onto her virginity for as long as she wants. Some girls wait until marriage or they give it up at the first guy who is interested. It all depends on the girl and what they feel is right for them. I personally was 19 before I lost mine and I think it was the best decision because I have been with my boyfriend now for seven months and I'm glad I waited for him instead of just screwing every guy I saw that was interested in having sex with me.
