Actually Goldfish along with every other kind of fish except for whales do not get pregnant.
A Gold fish lays eggs. These eggs are stored in a sac on their body. Once they are mature, they lay eggs. These eggs are fertilized by the male goldfish. And in a few days these eggs hatch to get new baby gold fish.
However, a term called twit, what or twerp is usually used a a joke to refer to a pregnant goldfish based on the fact that no such thing exists in nature. It is used to refer to a foolish person.
