    What Is The Main Risk/concern If A Dog Has Swelling Of The Scrotum After Being Neutered?

    I have been informed that swelling of the scrotum after neutering a dog is not common.

    No. It's not common but it does happen. It could just be fluid, which isn't a big deal if it doesn't get too big. But it could be blood. Which is a big deal. Your Vet might have accidentally missed a vein to tie off. Your vet SHOULD check this problem at no cost to you since they did the procedure.
