You need to get a bona fide letter from the institution for the internship from the college you are studying in. Submit the letter to any electronics or communications industry who would call you for the internship according to their requirement.

You go to the company itself and ask for the training, they will ask for resume & test followed by interview.
But the case is not same for every company, it varies according to the terms and conditions of the company.
You have tried hard to get it...recently Motorola had conducted a test for training &unfortunately i missed it.
