Answer Question

"Monet's" or more correctly "Claude Monet's Garden" is in France, and its address is: Claude Monet, rue Claude Monet, 27620, Giverny, Eure, Haute-Normandie, France. The village of Giverny lies at an equal distance from the cities of Paris and Rouen in the north-west of France.

The village which is the site of Claude Monet's house and garden where he lived for forty three years is a tourist attraction and now attracts half a million annually. Many who come are painters as well.

The garden can broadly be divided into two, "the Clos Normand" and "the water garden". There is in the water garden a Japanese bridge spanning an artificial pond which was more or less the most exotic part of his garden and till today leaves visitors in raptures. Claude Monet was passionate about botany and developed his garden at great personal costs. In his own words he is believed to have said "All my money goes into my garden".
