How Long Do I Need To Wait To Bathe My Cat After Being De-clawed?

Answer Question

Why do you need to bathe your cat, typically they bathe themselves?  I am not a vet but I think I would wait until healing has taken place.  Otherwise call your vet and ask.  I don't know that I helped much, but that's my best advise.

Surgical incision needs to be healed before bathing.  Ideally wait 14 days and have the surgical sites rechecked by a veterinarian to confirm healing is complete.
