Mouse carries very fatal diseases like Rabies etc, which are contagious and affect other animals and pets also. You should stop your dog to lick dead mouse. It will spread germs all around. Secondly it is against hygiene rules and your dog can also get ill due to it. Let it eat it when it kills it or throw it if it does not eat it at once and start licking it.
