I want to terminated my lease early but i prepaid 5 months rent will i get that back.

It is highly unlikely that you will get the rental money back. A lease is a binding legal agreement. Leaving early is technically a breach of contract which is against the law. The landlord will be entitled to keep the money prepaid for the months agreed to. Otherwise they would be left high and dry which the law protects both parties from.
