Yes that's very much a great idea. Prescription drugs for nervous disorders are proved to be causing suicidal thoughts. They disturb the brain function and sometimes make patient dependent on such medications. Try to shift gradually and slowly by reducing dosage. Sudden stop will make your distub your mood phenomenon.

Rescue remedy is very effective natural remedy for nervous disorders. Better to seek naturopathic doctor's help for suitable remedy for bipolar. There are more than 10 medicines for such conditions. Other factors will determine your suitable remedy.

Taimur, thanks for the info, where can I go to research the 10 medicines you mentioned? I met this guy at a health food store whose Dad died from the medications used for Bipolar. I'm just tired of all the side effects and living like a zombie. More research needs to be done, just like with Fibromyalgia, which I also have. I'd love to be one of those people who go before congress or a senate committee and make my plea and a plea for all concerned. Then there's the wonderful stigma with the words "Mental Illness". My family won't even commit to educationing themselves, so they totally pull back from me when I hit the depressed cycle. Thanks again
