Do People Have Gifts?

Every human has a gift.  Some are talented artists, some have the voice of an angel, some are super mathematicians.  Some are talented with the gift of persuasion.  Some are eloquent speakers.  Some people use their talent to become great writers.  And some, have the gift of caring and encouraging and loving.  Some have the ability (gift) of soothing others when they are hurting emotionally or physically.  Many have the ability (gift) to be great teachers.  Some are great parents.  Some are great examples to others in how to overcome or deal with a handicap. Some people have such outstandingly good morals that make them an example to others...what a wonderful gift that is.  Then there are those that have a musical talent.  Some have a mechanical ability that allows them to do work effectively with their hands.  Some people are natural born leaders and they become our politicians or leaders of great corporations and others use that same gift to lead our child's ice hockey team or basketball team.  You get the idea...if you look for a gift, you will find that each person in his own way has a talent.  Mine may not be as noticeable as yours, but I have one and so does the man next door.  As the children's church song say, LET YOUR LITTLE LIGHT SHINE.  Find you talent and us it...you have one!
