What Is The Most Important Thing One Should Wear, If They Are Meeting New People?

I put a lot of stock into my shoes, also whether or not I should wear my glasses. I don't wear contacts very often, but if I go on a date I always worry about whether or not I should wear glasses. Some guys like my glasses, some prefer contacts. Shoes though, are important. How they match, how creative they are, how practical for what you are going to doing, the comfort level, condition they are in, they say a lot about you. I went on a date with a guy I call Spanky, to go to tide pools, he wore dress shoes, it was entertaining to watch him stumble around on the slippery rocks, but I also learned later that poor Spanky was often very impractical and impulsive... Not as in spontaneous, (which I enjoy) but he just failed to think things through more often then not.
 
By the way L-O-V-E the picture. Does he wear the right shoes? And does he like glasses? ... If so, please send him my way.

I like slacks and heels with a nice blouse and sweater, or a jacket. Depending on my mood, I will wear my hair either up or down. If it's casual, then I wear jeans and a nice top, not a frumpy shirt.

Ok KMO view - From a male perspective -

The first thing I notice if anything is a nice dress... Nothing says OMG hello like the right dress, and it doesn't matter what your shaped like "for the most part"  if the girl has the right dress on the rest always seems to fall into place.. Of course maybe that's cause you don't notice the rest cause the guy is gawking....
