What Is The Difference Between The Header Title And The Running Head Title?

I have to do an APA style paper and don't know what to put in the top right hand side, and what to use as the running head? It is a Nursing library assignment, it really has no title. It is a project.

For APA style, the running head goes on the right-hand side and usually consists of just one or two words. Typically these are key words from the title, but if you have no title, you could just use a word or two that describes the topic.

You can find an excellent APA resource at the owl at Purdue.
