How Do I Break My Lease Without Going To Court?

Carefully read the lease agreement and see if there are any conditions that will allow you to terminate the lease early.  If your apartment has problems that should be addressed, call the Housing Board in your city or country and complain to them.  They will make your landlord fix the problems.  Also you can tell you Landlord that you want out of the lease.  If they refuse then give them a list of things that need to be repaired and tell them that if they are not fixed you will complain to the Housing Board.  Often they will let you out of the lease rather than spend the money to fix the problems.
