Yes if it came back positive then yes you are pregnant,they are very rarely wrong,they are usually over 99% accurate.go to your doctor just to put your mind at rest about the spotting,but I'm sure all is ok.

Don't worry, a lot of women will spot and still be pregnant. It's nothing to worry about. If you want to be 100% sure you are pregnant get a blood test done then schedule your first OB Dr.
