I live in NYC and English is my second language but I want to be an English teacher so badly. Do I have to go to college for being a TOEFL/ESL teacher and do I have a chance to become one (I don't have BD)??

According to my knowledge you need to have a Degree in English in order to qualify for becoming a TOEFL or ESL teacher in United States. Apart from that you would also need to get a certificate in order to qualify as a teacher.
