    Does Kapal Bharati Cause Internal Bleeding/diarrhea?

    My question is that does kapal bharati or any other such pranayam have any side effects like internal bleeding/diarrhea or any other such adverse effects on internal organs. This question is stemmed from an article I read in Times of India, and also from an observation of similar symptoms which can be attributed to regular practice of kapal bharati. Thanks

    Yes Kapaal Bharati can cause to have severe diarrhea which if neglected can cause internal bleeding. It is recommended to discontinue your routine and visit the doctor.
