What Do Songs Mean?

Songs are referred to as a composition that are adapted or written and that are used to sing in the form of a tune. They generally tend to have an element of poetry in them as well. Sometimes, though not always, they are accompanied by music. Songs can mean a number of things and what they mean depends on the purpose or setting of the song. Songs can mean an expression of love or liking when sung to serenade a lover. They can be eulogies to commemorate the heroic deeds of past heroes and champions. They can also be sung to express melancholic thoughts and emotions. They are generally a medium by which human emotions as diverse as joy, sadness, triumph, sorrow etc are expressed.
