    How Can I Save Stills From A Television Show I Am Watching To My Computer?

    Basically, i want to be able to pause the program i am watching and be able to save the image to my computer.

    There is a method to save the stills in your computer. Click on the print screen sysrq button on your keyboard while the program is running and then paste it in Microsoft paint. You can save it then in JPEG format.

    The second method is that if you are using some DVD software like powerdvd for the program then you have the option in it to save the stills which are saved in the powerdvd folder on your computer. You can retrieve the images from there.
