The day before yesterday my nipples have started to hurt, if you touch them and etc. They still hurt today but not as bad. Then last night I started to spot. I'm on lybral BC pills and don't get a period. I have never had these problems before..

Well it may be the birth control that you are on.have you did a pregnancy test? Try doing that because trying figure out the signs of pregnancy can be very hard.
