I hate that stuff. It's a lot better than having poison oak. Anyway, i looked it up for you and here's what I found. Follow this Stinging Nettle link and scroll down where it says treatment. There are some topical creams that they recommend.

Dont people just scrunch a dock leaf up and rub it over the stings?i always did as a kid and i heard that it actually works,acid,alkaline neutralizing.
