Well I assume that your girlfriend is suffering from some kind of vaginal infection, hence each time you have an intercourse you get a strong fishy smell, well vaginal infections are quiet normal and nothing to get worried about. My personal advice to you would be to tell your girlfriend to visit a sexologist who will suggest a proper solution to this problem.
Sex generally refers to male as well as female duality of biology and replication, a method in biological DNA which goes back to some 3.5 – 4.6 billion years. Dissimilar from organisms which posses the capability to reproduce asexually, sexed male as well as female couple posses the capability to reproduce offspring via meiosis and fertilization.
