The biggest bear in the world would be the Polar bear, which is also the largest land carnivore, averaging aroudn 2.5m in height and 300-600kg. The biggest polar bear caught can be found on the Guiness World Record website, but weighs around 580kg and stands about 3.3m tall. Males are also much larger (about twice the size) as females. Hey, i would be glad to anwser you question. Many people are lead to believe that grizzly bears are the biggest but in reality the polar bear looks likes a gaint comepeared to the grizzly. And did you know that polar bears DO NOT eat penguins as most people say they do penguins and polar bear live on the oppsite poles (north & south).
