What Is Sulfur's Electronegativity Number?

    Electronegativity of any element is the power of an atom to attract electron density to itself. This power is defined when the atom is found in the molecular form. The electronegativity number of Sulfur is 2.58. This rating is given to sulfur in the rating scale from about 0.7 (for francium which is an estimation) to 2.20 (for hydrogen) to 3.98 (fluorine).
