I am trying to find out ,how to get an application or to talk to someone about a mortgage loan for people with a high risk. Here is what I'm trying to do.i want to sell the home that I'm in,so that i can purchase another.i still have a mortgage of around 16,000.00. So how do i do this? Thank you

You should talk to the bank that you are dealing with for the house that you are already in. If you have made all your payments on time, and without a history of being late, they might take that into consideration and lend you the money for another home. Hope this helps, good luck to you.

I would talk to a local bank or debt counseling company to see if you can set up a loan with a good interest rate and payment method. If your credit score is good, you should get a loan no problem.
