Who Invented The Popsicle?

A popsicle is frozen ice or ice cream that has a yummy flavor. It is believed that the first popsicle was invented by the Romans many many years ago. They simply took some water and added some flavor to it. They then froze it and out came the first popsicle.
This idea caught on fast and many Romans rushed to freeze their flavored water to see if they could also create and try a popsicle. Over the years, people from just about every culture and country around the world has frozen water with flavor in it to create a popsicle. It is a favorite way to cool down on a hot day. Many variations of popsicles have been created over time including making popsicles from ice cream, from other drinks, and from yoghurt.
