How Does Light Effect Mold?
I wont to know how light effect fungal growth on food?
asked 1 year ago
Answers
Fungus does not need light to grow since it does not photosynthesise. Light may have a deleterious effect on fungus growth if the light accompanies a rise in temperature, or a decrease in humidity. But how much would depend on the species of fungus and what it "likes".
