That's tough because you're really close friends, I am assuming the "intimacy" was physical...the hard part is that with men, sometimes physical intimacy is just that. Not to trash them, but they can compartmentalize their feelings in a way that women can't. Also, he could have just been curious about what you were like in bed (pigs haha!). If you really want to know, you should probably find a way to ask him. That, or you could go the really roundabout way and mention some other guy to him and see how he reacts. Kinda high-schoolish, but when a man wants something he wants it all to himself. If he hasn't already said something about dating or exclusivity, chances are he doesn't want it.

The only thing i can tell you if it's meant to be it will be.

Just because he is not saying it does not mean he does not feel it.  Guys NEVER let all their emotions show.  He might be shy about it or unsure of how to handle these new feeling he might be having.  It might take him a while to let it out.  If you are having to make special plans to see each other then chances are that he is feeling something for you or he would stop making the effort to see you.  Give him some time if you really like him or love him because some times guys have a hard time saying what is on their mind.  Don't read to much into the small things!!  If he is there with you that is because he wants to be there and he might think that that should tell you how he feels.
