What Will Be The Best Way To Lose Weight For Adult At The Age Of 55 Up?

I don't have the will power to get going. I always stop in the middle of every thing that I start to do. I have tried different programs none don't keep me wanting to complete them.

    Eat only healthy foods, in moderation, and only enough to stay healthy, do not overeat. Fluid intake is important, again only drink enough to stay hydrated, too much fluid intake causes water weight gain. Get off of added salts, too much salt causes thirst which, in turn, causes more water intake. Moderate exercise helps just don't overdo here.
