Ethics is very important for the flourishment all economies not only from the cultural point of view but from the economic point of view as well. We can observe that companies such as worldcom, Enron etc affected all of its stakeholders such as creditors, shareholders, management, general public etc very badly. The managers of these organizations were involved in unethical practices which enabled the economy and stakeholders of the companies to incur million of losses. The ethical practices build the morale of nation and increase the investor's confidence which ultimately improves the economic condition of the country.
