The best way to get your question answered is rather simple. State your question simply in the question box and make sure that the English is good, and the grammar and spelling is sufficiently good too. Check to see if anyone has already asked the same or a very similar question, check slightly mis-spelled versions of your question too, as people aren't always as diligent as you are going to be. Don't be rude, don't ask a specific person, don't use bad language and you will get your question answered.

When answering a question, try to be succinct and not to ramble too much, see if you can get to the heart of the answer, as I was once told, spend ten percent of your time on the question and ninety percent of your time on the solution.
