Way too much man. If they tried to charge these ridiculous prices up north, no propane company would be in business. The average is 3.59 in my neighborhood and the locals are happy to pay it. If you have heat you're probrably gonna pay 2.89/gal. They tie shit to a tree around here and no one complains. If they had to pull permits in sc most companies would not have their jobs approved.
