    I Need A List Of Best Web Developer Colleges/schools In Los Angeles Area And If Any Take On Outside Projects (i.e. My Database Driven Website Idea For Staffing Agency Solution)?

    I'm a total novice wanting to build a database driven website dont know if I should: A. Try to learn ASP or VisualStudio.Net b. Go to a computer college in LA c. Find a team at a college to take this as student project. I've already been ripped off by developers & have little $ left to development. Trying to go from 'mom & pop' to national web based talent agency... I just need a 'vanilla' internet database (relational) with pictures/measurements/locations/skills And that included a 'radius search' (i.e. Within 5 miles of a zip code. HELP!
