    I Am 26 And I Would Like To Cash Out My 401k For Several Reasons,what Are The Taxes On That For The State Of Missouri?

    I have had some health problems and need to take the money out of my 401k to pay for my bills. I just want to know how much percentage wise the taxes are on doing something like that. ANd alose if there are any penalties.
