How Do You Say "Sweet And Sassy" In Italian?

I remember hearing that you can say "barina e turbina" to mean sweet and sassy, but from what i know of italian, that doesn't seem to make sense. Is that right? If not, what is another way to say "sweet and sassy" (referring to a person.) thanks!
