My cat had three males about four or five weeks ago. Since last week they all started having trouble opening one eye they seem glued shut and I don't know what could be causing that.

This is common in some kittens. You can help avoid this by keeping their bedding clean.
Use a warm and damp washcloth to gently wipe their eyes. Do this for your kitten for a couple of days; it should clear right up.
If not, then contact a veterinarian. Good luck.
